This intensive we'll continue our journey of exploring the Niyamas (personal controls/disciplines), by exploring TAPAS. It is the third Niyama and translates to “self-discipline” or “training your senses.” This will be a really nice intention to work on as we head into the holiday season, which can challenge our healthy habits. We will talk about how developing areas in our life where we have good self-discipline (like yoga, meditation, and breathwork), can have powerful health benefits. When we make the intention to step onto our mats and dedicate time to our body-mind-spirit, our whole outlook on the world around us can change.
