The Ayurvedic Reset
The Ayurvedic Reset is a 3-week participatory program that is designed to help you find a sense of balance in your everyday life through finding daily routines, appreciation for your food, and prioritize sleep. The goal of the reset is to create routines in your life that are healthy and allow you to feel really good in your body every day. The program will include 3 lectures focused on: daily rituals, diet, and sleep through the lens of Ayurveda. During the program, there will also be meditation, breathwork, and time to share any successes and challenges that are coming up for you. This is designed to be a small group, so you’ll be able to share and ask questions throughout the reset.
Over the 3 weeks you will get:·
3- 90 minute in-person lectures and group learning sessions on lifestyle modifications (morning and evening routines), guide on eating recommendations (including what foods to focus on for Spring/Summer and timing of eating), and things to think about that will optimize sleep. All lectures are all based on Ayurveda and Functional Medicine approaches to health and wellbeing. These are on Saturdays January 14th, 21st, & 28th @10:30-12pm. (in-person)
Email check-ins 3 days per week to see how things are going and get suggestions to any challenges that might come up. You’ll have a chance to get personalized feedback form me that will be more detailed than the group setting. Mon/Wed/Fri (virtual)
3- 60 minute classes incorporating meditation, breathing, and open dialogue on how things are going with the reset. This will be a time to share successes and challenges with others in the program. Tuesdays January 17th, 24th, & 31st @10:30-11:30am. (In-person or virtual)
