Tucked away in the serene beauty of Cornville—just outside Sedona—you’re invited to spend 5 days and 4 nights in a personalized retreat designed to restore your body, re-energize you, and give you a deep sense of peace. Through the ancient wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, you’ll return home feeling more grounded in yourself and more connected to what matters most to you.

This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” retreat. Every element is crafted around you—your health, your intentions, and your needs. Whether you come solo, with a partner, or as part of a small group (up to 4 guests), this retreat is an opportunity to step away from distraction and remember what it feels like to feel good in your body.

  • Daily Yoga Practices – meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and asana (physical postures) tailored to your level and energy.

  • “Intention” Hikes in Sedona – connect to the land, the red rocks, and your own inner landscape.

  • Restorative Sunset Hikes – a calming close to each day, with breathtaking views.

  • Personalized Ayurvedic Meals – three meals daily made with 100% organic produce, created specifically for your body’s needs and your retreat goals. (And yes—they’re delicious, because cooking is one of my favorite ways to care for others!)

  • Dinacharya Lifestyle Practices – experience the daily rhythms of Ayurveda that allow your body to naturally relax and reset.
