Sarah and Nicole bring complementary expertise that is rare to find together — Nicole’s mastery of Ayurveda and Yoga, and Sarah’s deep background in holistic wellness coaching, botanical medicine, and ecological intelligence — creating a whole-systems approach to health and restoration that is as old as the earth and as current as the science.

The experience:
Each day is thoughtfully held — nourishing and spacious, with room to go deep and room to simply be. Nothing is rushed. Everything is intentional.
Yoga — Thoughtful, well-sequenced, and accessible to all levels. Each practice is rooted in presence — designed to help you discover new things about yourself through physical movement, connection to breath, and the intelligence of the body. You will leave each session feeling stronger, more at ease, and more at home in yourself.
Ayurveda — A 5,000-year-old system of health wisdom that teaches us how our bodies were created to work and how we best achieve balance. You will learn your unique constitution, understand what creates balance and imbalance for your specific body, and walk away with simple daily and seasonal practices — morning routines, dietary principles, sleep strategies — that make healthy living feel natural rather than effortful.
Ayurvedic Cooking Class — A hands-on experience in preparing food that genuinely nourishes. You will learn the principles behind seasonal, nourishing food and leave with recipes and skills you can bring straight into your own kitchen.
Guided Flora Hikes — As you move through Sedona’s native landscape, you will encounter the plants that grow here naturally and learn from them as you go. Drawing from the Sedona Flora Guide app— a one-of-a-kind resource developed specifically for this land — each plant is explored through multiple lenses: medicinal properties, spiritual symbolism, chakra connections, crystal and stone companions, and plant meditations woven throughout. This is not a lecture. It is a living conversation with the land itself.
Herbal Medicine Class — An immersive introduction to everyday plant medicine — including creating your own personal power herbal medicine blend for teas and ceremony. You will learn how to use plants practically and safely as part of daily life — not as a complicated discipline but as a natural, accessible extension of how you already care for yourself.
Sound Healing — Vibrational medicine that works directly with the nervous system, releasing what has been held and creating space for genuine rest. Deeply restorative and felt in the body long after it ends.
Meditation & Intuitive Intelligence — Meditation practices grounded in both ancient tradition and an understanding of how the nervous system actually works. You will cultivate inner stillness, emotional resilience, and trust in your own knowing — and deepen the relational intelligence that shapes how you connect with yourself and the people in your life. Simple, sustainable, and genuinely life-changing.
Transformational Coaching — Sarah and Nicole are both transformational coaches whose work is deeply complementary. Nicole’s approach is rooted in eastern Ayurvedic wisdom — working with the body’s innate intelligence through the lens of constitution, seasonal rhythms, and conscious daily practice. Sarah’s approach is holistic and whole-systems — drawing from somatic awareness, nature intelligence, emotional and intuitive development, and the understanding that how we live in our bodies is inseparable from how we live in the world. Together they hold a container that is honest, warm, skilled, and grounded. This is where the real shifts happen — in mind, body, and spirit, together.

Sarah Jetton brings over 25 years of experience in holistic wellness, nature-based education, and transformational coaching to the Radiance retreat experience. A certified holistic wellness coach since 2013, she has guided clients through lasting transformation in one-on-one, group, and retreat settings — with a deep commitment to whole-body wellness that honors the intelligence already present within each person.
Her work is rooted in a foundational belief she shares with regenerative medicine philosophies: the human body and the living earth operate by the same regenerative intelligence. Restore the right conditions — in soil or in cells — and life knows what to do. This principle shapes everything she brings to Radiance: nature immersion, somatic practice, plant and botanical wisdom, intuitive development, and transformational coaching woven together into a coherent, whole-systems experience.
Sarah has collaborated extensively in the Sedona wellness community, facilitating meditation, wellness education, and retreat experiences for diverse participants. She is also the creator of Flora Guide Sedona, an educational plant identification app that bridges traditional botanical knowledge with modern technology — a natural extension of her deep relationship with plant medicine and native ecosystems.
At Radiance, Sarah holds space for participants to recover the full expression of their natural vitality — not through self-improvement, but through reconnection with what’s already alive within them.

Nicole Tierre is a Yoga and Ayurvedic Practitioner devoted to helping people feel at home in their bodies again. Through personalized yoga practices, Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, and thoughtfully designed daily rituals, she supports sustainable balance that extends far beyond the mat. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern living, offering practical tools that restore vitality while honoring each person’s unique constitution and lived experience.
Rooted in the classical teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda, Nicole approaches wellness as a whole-system process — one that integrates movement, nourishment, breath, rest, and conscious awareness. She believes that when the body is supported in alignment with nature’s rhythms, clarity returns, energy stabilizes, and resilience naturally strengthens. Rather than imposing rigid formulas, she helps create the conditions in which the body’s innate intelligence can reestablish equilibrium.
Nicole is the founder of Everyday Wellness with Yoga & Ayurveda and has guided students through private mentorship, group programs, and retreat experiences designed to cultivate embodied ease and lasting transformation. Her teaching style is grounded, compassionate, and accessible, creating spaces where participants feel both supported and empowered in their own healing process.
