Breath and Ayurveda for Stress and Anxiety

Breath and Ayurveda for Stress and Anxiety

January, 2023

This event will be recorded and sent to registrants.

Cost: $50

with Nicole Tierre & Anthea Grimason

This recorded workshop will focus on practical tools to address the everyday stress and anxiety that we all experience. We will talk through the fundamentals of breathwork and give you recommendations on how to weave that into your daily life. Additionally, we will discuss helpful daily routines, healthy eating habits, and keys to getting optimal sleep through the lens of Ayurveda, the Eastern Medicine field which means “Science of Life.”

The breath takes care of us naturally, keeping us alive without any effort, but do we take care of our breath? Breathwork teaches us how to use the breath to regulate our bodies and minds for a more stress-free life.

This event will be recorded and emailed to registrants.

You will walk away from this workshop with:

Deeper understanding of the fundamentals to breathwork

Breathing exercises to utilize when you are feeling stressed and anxious

Recommendations for breathwork to practice that will bring balance and calm into each day

Introduction of Ayurveda, the “science of life”, and it’s view of stress and anxiety

Daily routines to practice for everyday wellness

Understanding of the Gut-Brain connection and how you can optimize digestion to be more centered and balanced everyday

One doesn't have to do an overhaul of their life to feel better. Sometimes it just takes small changes to see huge benefits in life and my programs will give individuals the tools to do that. All of my daily lifestyle programs are designed with a lens of Functional Medicine and Ayurveda to find everyday wellness.
