This month, we’ll focus on cultivating calm from the inside out. Through slow, intentional movement and breath-work, we’ll explore how yoga directly supports the vagus nerve—the body’s main pathway of relaxation that helps us shift out of stress and into a state of ease.

As we soften the jaw, open the throat, and lengthen the breath, we invite the parasympathetic nervous system to take the lead. This is where the body begins to repair, digest, and restore.

You’ll leave class feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to your natural rhythm of calm.

Drop in for one Class

Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 3-week deep dive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks.

Over the 3 weeks you can expect to:

  • Get stronger physically by refining movements

  • Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness

  • Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.


Wednesday is for challenging ourselves!

If you are looking to take your yoga practice to a new level by learning more challenging yoga postures, try out the Wednesday “Advanced” class. This class is designed to teach you new ways to move in your body by breaking down the yoga poses that are more “advanced,” like inversions (headstand and handstand), arm balances (crow and variations), and backbends (wheel and camel). All these poses are accessible to individuals that have a consistent practice… I’ll walk you through how to get into them and allow them to feel really good in your body. Drop-ins welcome or add to your monthly membership subscription.
