This month in our Virtual Yoga Deep Dive, we’re turning our attention to the Ajna chakra, the center of inner vision and clarity. Together, we’ll explore practices that refine your focus, steady your gaze, and help you notice what truly matters—both on the mat and in your daily life.

Through intentional movement, breath work, and guided meditations, you’ll train your mind to filter out distractions, redirect your energy, and focus on what matters…. YOU- your physical and mental health! These are the practices that help you take a step back to see more clearly.

Drop in for one Class

Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 3-week deep dive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks.

Over the 3 weeks you can expect to:

  • Get stronger physically by refining movements

  • Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness

  • Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.


Wednesday is for challenging ourselves!

If you are looking to take your yoga practice to a new level by learning more challenging yoga postures, try out the Wednesday “Advanced” class. This class is designed to teach you new ways to move in your body by breaking down the yoga poses that are more “advanced,” like inversions (headstand and handstand), arm balances (crow and variations), and backbends (wheel and camel). All these poses are accessible to individuals that have a consistent practice… I’ll walk you through how to get into them and allow them to feel really good in your body. Drop-ins welcome or add to your monthly membership subscription.
