Bring in the New Year with svadhyaya, self-study.

Let's take a look at our patterns and habits that we've unknowingly acquired over the last couple of years and assess which are helpful and which need to be let go of. 2023 feels like a good year to refine the healthy habits we have and disconnect ourselves from the habits that are hindering our everyday health and wellness. This month, we'll use the practice of svadhyaya, self-reading, to take stock of where we are in our life, assess which habits are helpful and which are NOT, and then make active intentions to let go of what's not serving our journey to a better health. See you on the mat!

Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 4-week intensive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks.

Over the 4 weeks you can expect to:

  • Get stronger physically by refining movements

  • Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness

  • Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.

About The “Add On”

The “add-on” classes are for those interested in committing to the physical practice for 3 consecutive days. This is designed to be added to the intensive course, but you are also welcome to just take these sessions. During these 4 weeks you will get a taste of what having a consistent physical practice looks like. This can be challenging and also really powerful.

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice later in the day. If you have any injuries you’re working with, I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible for you.
