March Virtual Yoga Intensive

Join me each month for a unique 3-week Yoga Intensive.

Yoga Intensive: Be Honest with Yourself

Mar 12-28

Let's dive deeper into our yoga practice by working on the intension of "being honest with yourself." We will talk about the second yama, social control, that focuses on being truthful. There are ways that this applies to ourselves and our relations with those in our lives. This will be a powerful way to put the intention of honesty into your everyday life. What doest that even look like or feel like? Let's go on a journey together to find out

The Intensive

Tuesday & Thursday | 70 min

6:30am Pacific

7:30am Mountain

8:30am Central

Cost: $108 for 6 classes

The “Add On”

6:30am Pacific

7:30am Mountain

8:30am Central

Cost: an additional $54 for 3 more classes. (total $162 for 9 classes.)

Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 3-week intensive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks.

Over the 3 weeks you can expect to:

  • Get stronger physically by refining movements

  • Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness

  • Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.

About The “Add On”

The “add-on” classes are for those interested in committing to the physical practice for 3 consecutive days. This is designed to be added to the intensive course, but you are also welcome to just take these sessions. During these weeks you will get a taste of what having a consistent physical practice looks like. This can be challenging and also really powerful.

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice later in the day. If you have any injuries you’re working with, I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible for you.
