November Virtual Yoga Intensive

Join me each month for a unique 3-week Yoga Intensive.

Yoga Intensive: Maintain Your Ojas

Nov 7-30

(no class week of Thanksgiving)

We will be talking about ojas (life force essence) this month in our intensive. What it is, how it’s connected to our immune system and immune response to life, and ways to build it so we feel strong in our bodies. My teachers would say, when you have good Ojas, it’s like having a raincoat in a rainstorm. It gives you a protective layer for our bodies (mentally, physically, and emotionally). Join me this month and let’s work on maintaining our Ojas this season.

The Intensive

Tuesday & Thursday | 70 min

6:30am Pacific

7:30am Mountain

8:30am Central

Cost: $99 for 6 classes

The “Add On”

Tue & Thur | 70 min & Wed | 60 min

6:30am Pacific

7:30am Mountain

8:30am Central

Cost: an additional $50 for 3 more classes. (total $149 for 9 classes.)

Make the commitment to focus on your inner strength and find ways to care for your physical and emotional body. The 3-week intensive will guide you through physical postures that will slowly build over the weeks.

Over the 3 weeks you can expect to:

  • Get stronger physically by refining movements

  • Gain more physical flexibility through body awareness

  • Develop a consistent breathing and meditation practice

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice at a later time. If you have any injuries you’re working with, let me know and I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible.

About The “Add On”

The “add-on” classes are for those interested in committing to the physical practice for 3 consecutive days. This is designed to be added to the intensive course, but you are also welcome to just take these sessions. During these weeks you will get a taste of what having a consistent physical practice looks like. This can be challenging and also really powerful.

All the classes are virtual and will be recorded, so if you’re unable to make a class, you can practice later in the day. If you have any injuries you’re working with, I’ll make sure to tailor the practice in a way that will be accessible for you.
