Sit in Silence

Here’s a fun healthy habit to try this month…. Try to Sit in Silence >> disconnect from the everyday “doing life”. No ringing. No dinging. No more taking the outside world in. Just sit with yourself and the thoughts that come up.

If you feel inspired by the idea of going offline and sitting in silence, then maybe take some time to be silent as well this month. It can be SO helpful to take time where you aren't “putting more in the body,” but able to just sit with what is coming up for yourself. Without judgement or critique. Just with a sense to curiosity and wonder.

Even if it’s a couple moments each day, it is helpful. Put your phone on airplane mode and let yourself be offline for a bit. Let yourself be present with everything that comes up.
