Shake It Off

Here’s a simple little habit you might try this month: take a moment to dance.

It doesn’t have to be a full workout. Or even a choreographed routine. Just one song.

Whenever I feel stuck, tired, or a little too serious about life, I like to pause what I’m doing, turn on a song I love, and move body. No rules, no form to follow—just shake things out.

Dancing is one of the quickest ways to shift your energy. It gets circulation moving, loosens the body, and reminds the nervous system that it’s safe to soften and have a little fun again.

And the best part? It reconnects you with your natural rhythm.

Sometimes all it takes is three minutes of movement to break up stagnant energy and bring a little more flow back into your day.
